Grape Expectations Guest Hause

Grape Expectations is in the Heart of historic Downtown Hermann. One block away from all the activities.
Our 5-bedroom, 2 bathrooms house can accommodate 12 guests. Hermann Trolley will pick you up right outside the door and take you to wineries or whatever you have planned for the day in town. We are two miles from the Katy Trail if you are checking out the beautiful trails, or just coming into town to get away and checking out our wineries, hometown shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars all just right around the corner. We have a beautiful front morning porch to sit out on and have a cup of coffee as you soak up the beauty of Hermann

The space

Upstairs we have 1- king bedroom and 2- queen bedrooms with a stand-up shower bathroom. Down stairs we have 1- king bedroom and 1- queen bedroom and a full bathroom. We also have a Queen pull out couch in the living room.

Check in any time after 3 PM (Ask for early check in, if needed).

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking in the house
2. No Pets are allowed
3. No Lighted candles are permitted
4. No moving furniture in the house
5. No Glitter in the house
6. Quiet time at 10pm. Be considerate to the neighbors during your stay

CHECKING OUT

1. Check out time is any time before 11 am (ask for a late check out, if needed).
2. Strip the bed and pillow covers and place them on the floor.
3. Turn off all the lights (except the table lamps in the hallway) and ceiling fans.
4. Adjust the thermostat (Heat to 60 or A/C to 78).
5. Switch off all the kitchen appliances and other devices. Make sure the oven is off.
6. Check that all windows are closed.
7. Place all the trash in the outside trash can and place them by the garage.
8. Check closets and drawers for personal items.
9. Close and lock all doors.
